新时代社区矫正视阈下未成年人思想政治教育机制研究

On the Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education for Minors from the Perspective of Community Correction in the New Era

由于未成年人犯罪与成年人犯罪相比,具有心理发育不成熟、行为时自我控制能力差、缺乏社会经验、辨别是非善恶的能力差等特点,使得社区矫正中未成年犯教育的重心应放在思想政治教育方面,若要保证思想政治教育的效果长期有效,则应建立合理的思想政治教育机制。将社区矫正、未成年犯和思想政治教育三者结合,探索适用于社区矫正中未成年犯的思想政治教育机制。从而丰富我国现有的传统社区的功能,为未成年犯的再社会化以及社区矫正的社会化做出贡献。

Compared with adult crime,juvenile delinquency has the characteristics of immature psychological development,poor self-control ability,lack of social experience and poor ability to distinguish right from wrong,so that the focus of juvenile delinquency education in community correction should be on ideological and political education.If we want to ensure the long-term effectiveness of ideological and political education,we should establish a reasonable ideological and political education system to improve the mechanism of political education.Combining community correction,juvenile delinquency and ideological and political education,this paper explores the ideological and political education mechanism suitable for juvenile delinquency in community correction so as to enrich the existing functions of traditional community in China,and make contributions to the re socialization of juvenile offenders and the socialization of community correction.
