摘要
运动和饮食在一定程度上影响着人类机体的部分代谢过程。由于生活方式的改变、生活条件的提高,以及饮食的不合理以及不规律,肥胖的发病率在逐年升高。肥胖作为一种复杂的慢性病,会同时伴随着高血压、糖尿病、认知障碍和代谢综合征的发生。FNDC5和BDNF在代谢中发挥重要的作用,影响着认知功能。经过大量的文献阅读,发现适当的运动和合理的饮食可以促进FNDC5、BDNF的表达,由此可以深入研究出治疗代谢疾病、老年痴呆症等认知障碍疾病的新方法。
Exercise and diet af fect part of the metabolic process of human body to a certain extent.The incidence rate of obesity is increasing year by year due to the changes of lifestyle,the improvement of living conditions,the unreasonable and irregular diet.Obesity,as a complex chronic disease,is accompanied by the occurrence of hypertension,diabetes,cognitive impairment and metabolic syndrome.Fndc5 and BDNF play an important role in metabolism and affect cognitive function.After a large number of literature reading,it is found that proper exercise and reasonable diet can promote the expression of FNDC5 and BDNF,which can further study new methods for the treatment of metabolic diseases,Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive disorders.
