我国农民合作社发展趋势研究——基于2010—2020年相关文献的梳理

Research on the Development Trends of Farmer Cooperatives in China,Based on the Literature Review from 2010 to 2020

文章通过对近年来与农民合作社相关的文献梳理发现,对合作社的研究主要表现为以下特点:一是从研究内容上来看,国内外关注的热点问题和采用的研究方法相近,单纯地研究治理方面的文献有所减少,而在“农超对接”、精准扶贫、农产品质量安全和合作社的社会性功能(如构建信任、增强幸福感等)等方面的文献有所增加;二是虽然国内外研究在方法和内容上相似,但也存在着差异,这与研究背景、社会制度和合作社发展程度不同等有关。在分析国内外文献研究特点的基础上,结合我国农民合作社发展现状,研判我国农民合作社未来发展趋势和相关文献的研究方向:农民合作社的新型农业经营主体作用将更加显著,对合作社的功能研究也会有所增加;农民合作社会提质减量,对完善与农民合作社相关的法律、法规的研究势必增加;农民合作社由专业性发展转向综合性发展,一些研究将会聚焦在农民合作社社会化服务方面;农民合作社将逐步引入电子商务和智慧农业等,与此相关的研究将会增加;农民合作社推动乡村振兴的作用将会日益凸显,一些学者将会开展作用机制、推进乡村振兴模式等方面的探讨。

Based on the literature review related to farmers′cooperatives in recent years,It was found in the paper that researches on cooperatives mainly showed the following characteristics:Firstly,from the research content,the hot issues and research methods at home and abroad were similar,and literature on governance was reduced,while the research on"agricultural super docking",targeted poverty alleviation,quality and safety of agricultural products and cooperatives were increased.The literature on social functions,such as building trust,enhancing happiness,etc.was also increased.Secondly,although the research methods and contents at home and abroad were similar,there were also differences,which were related to the research background,social system and the development degree of cooperatives.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of literature research at home and abroad,combined with the development status of China′s farmers′cooperatives,the future development trends of China′s farmers′cooperatives and the research directions of relevant literature were analyzed.The main role of farmers′cooperatives in new agricultural management will be more significant,and the research on the functions of cooperatives will be increased.As quality of farmers′cooperative improved and number of farmers′cooperative reduced,research on relevant laws and regulations is bound to increase.Farmers′cooperatives will shift from professional development to comprehensive development,and some studies will focus on the socialized services of farmers′cooperatives.Farmers′cooperatives will gradually introduce e-commerce and smart agriculture,and related research will increase.The role of farmers′cooperatives in promoting rural revitalization will be increasingly prominent,and some scholars will carry out discussions on the mechanism of action,the mode to promote rural revitalization and other aspects.
