摘要
文章以江苏省农业科学院某研究所五个不同类型的创新团队为例,通过冰山模型分析得出,该所团队在后备人才中缺乏“浅水区”青年人才;通过金字塔模型分析发现,该所团队存在人才力量分布不均、人才培养模式差距较大等问题;通过运用线性模型相关的数据分析法,推出纵向因素中的年龄层次,横向因素中的籍贯、毕业院校及出国访问次数,与成果产出呈显著线性相关。结合各团队的人才部分成果产出指标,得出团队的年轻化、学缘结构的多样性在创新团队人才梯队建设中起着举足轻重的作用,并对该所创新团队提出相应的人才梯度建设对策建议。
Five different types of innovation teams in a research institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences were taken as an example.The result showed the team lacked young talents in the"shallow water area"of the team through the Iceberg Model analyzing.By Pyramid Model analyzing,the results showed there were some problems existed in the team,such as uneven talents distribution and large gaps in talent training models.Data analysis of the Linear Model showed the age level in vertical factors,the birthplace,the number of graduated colleges and overseas visits in horizontal factors were significantly linear correlated with the research output,respectively.Combined with the partial research output of the talents of each team,it was concluded that the youth of the team and the diversity of the academic structure played a major role in the construction of the talent innovation team.Some suggestions for echelon construction strategies were presented for this type of agriculture and technology innovation team.
