凉山州开展移风易俗助力脱贫攻坚的经验与启示

Experience and Enlightenment of the Promotional Role of the Shift Away From Outdated Social Practices in Poverty Alleviation in Liangshan Prefecture

中国共产党是移风易俗的倡导者和践行者,在不同的历史时期,针对时代问题,都开展了行之有效的移风易俗实践。凉山州作为国家层面的深度贫困地区,在国家扶贫战略中,移风易俗作为脱贫攻坚的重要抓手,彰显出中国共产党实现"共同富裕"的理想信念。对凉山扶贫开发进程中移风易俗的实践进行了回顾,重点突出决战决胜小康时期,凉山各级党委政府、干部群众在十九大精神及习近平视察凉山讲话精神的鼓舞下,为实现"全面建成小康社会"奋斗目标开展的"移风易俗倡树文明新风"活动,积累的经验和获得的启示将为脱贫攻坚成效的巩固和继续推进乡村振兴提供宝贵的借鉴。

The Communist Party of China is the advocator and practitioner of the shift away from outdated socia practices. In order to address problems in different historical periods,effective practices of a shift away from outdated social mores has been carried out. Liangshan Prefecture is a national impoverished area. In the national poverty alleviation strategy,a shift away from outdated social mores is a key method,which demonstrates the Communist Party of China’s governing value of achieving " common prosperity". This article reviews the practice of a shift away from outdated social mores in poverty alleviation in Liangshan,especially during the decisive period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,when the party committees and governments at all levels as well as all cadres and people were inspired by the spirit of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of Xi Jinping’ s inspection of Liangshan and launched the initiative of " shifting away from outdated social practices and promoting new civil praxis". All lessons and experience from these efforts will provide valuable references for the consolidation of poverty alleviation outcomes and the promotion of the rural vitalization strategy.
