摘要
无论从节约蛋白质资源,还是减少畜禽对环境的污染,低蛋白日粮均是今后畜禽饲料发展的趋势。文章围绕肉鸡蛋白质营养、低蛋白日粮、理想蛋白质模式研究取得的进展,以及原料标准回肠氨基酸消化率参数测定现状和存在的挑战进行综述,并提出低蛋白日粮的新思路,为饲料行业推动肉鸡低蛋白日粮的运用提供理论依据和实践指导。
Low protein diet is the development trend of feed for livestock and poultry in the future,not only to save protein resources,but also to reduce environmental pollution.The research progress on protein nutrition,low protein diet and ideal protein pattern of broilers were reviewed,as well as the challenges in the determination of standard ileal amino acid digestibility parameters of feedstuff.New ideas of low protein diet were proposed.We want to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for feed industry to promote the usage of low protein diet for broilers.
