注重需求侧管理需要与供给侧结构性改革相配合,确保经济的良性循环。金融作为现代经济肌体的血液,需要服务好需求侧,但消费金融的健康度有待提升、金融体系对金融风险的定价能力不强、金融体系“脱实向虚”等问题,成为金融服务需求侧管理的瓶颈。金融服务需求侧管理,要处理好政府和市场、货币供应和投资转化、金融供给和实体经济需求、金融服务和民生保障、金融风险和企业经营风险的关系。要以扩大内需、推动消费升级,刺激投资需求、拓宽投资空间,畅通国际循环,坚持提质增效并举为原则,提高金融服务对消费需求升级的适应能力,优化金融服务结构、提高金融服务需求侧的质量,畅通金融血脉、更好服务实体经济、打通需求侧堵点。

Emphasis should be laid on the coordination of demand-side management and supply-side structural reform to ensure sound circulation of economy.As the essential part of modern economy,finance needs to better serve the demand side.However,the health of consumption finance,weak pricing capability of financial system for financial risks,the financial systems being distracted from their intended purpose have become the bottlenecks of finance serving demand side management.Financial service demand-side management should manage the balance between government and market,currency supply and investment transformation,financial supply and demand of real economy,financial service and people's livelihood security,financial risk and enterprise operation risk.To expand domestic demand and promote consumption upgrading,stimulate the demand for investment,enlarge investment area,unblock the international circulation,adhere to the principle of raising the quality and efficiency,improve the financial service's ability to adapt to consumer demand upgrading,optimize the structure of financial services,improve the quality of finance serving demand side so as to better service the real economy.
