产业链供应链现代化包括供应链的安全性和高效性、创新链的整体性以及价值链的高位次,提升其水平,需要对伴随经济全球化产生的冲击因素和冲击效果,进行系统研究和前瞻。目前,我国尽管在融入全球产业链供应链方面具有独特优势,但是部分关键供应链的安全性存在风险,创新链散而弱、缺少整体性,产业在全球价值链上位次偏低等是突出短板。建议通过补齐关键供应链的短板提高供应链的安全性,通过提高创新链整体性完善创新生态系统,通过实施多元化竞争战略提高我国在全球价值链的位次,通过完善制度环境提高企业活力和产业效率,推动更高水平的开放实现国际供应链、创新链合作,不断提升我国产业链供应链现代化水平。

The modernization of industrial chain and supply chain includes the security and efficiency of the supply chain,the integrity of the innovation chain and the high level of the value chain.To improve its level,it is necessary to systematically study and look ahead to the factors and effects brought by the economic globalization.At present,although China has unique advantages in integrating into the global industrial chain and supply chain,the security risks of some key supply chains,the scattered and weak innovation chain,the lack of integrity,and the low ranking of the industry in the global value chain are prominent shortcomings.It is suggested that we improve the security of supply chain by rectifying deficiencies,upgrade the innovation ecosystem by enhancing the coherence of innovation chain,advance China's position in the global value chain through the implementation of diversified competition strategy,increase enterprise vitality and industrial efficiency by improving the system environment so as to promote a higher level of opening up for international cooperation of supply chain and innovation chain,constantly enhance the level of modernization in China’s industry chain and supply chain.
