杭州市二次供水卫生状况调查分析与对策

Investigation Analysis and Countermeasures of Econdary Water Supply Sanitation in Hangzhou

目的为全面了解杭州市主城区二次供水设施状况和水质卫生现况,切实加强二次供水卫生监督管理,提升杭州市二次供水治理能力,为政府有针对性地采取措施保障饮用水卫生安全提供科学依据。方法此次开展本项调查通过电话、入户问卷、访谈、水质抽检等形式,选取杭州市8个辖区内五大类别的1226家二次供水单位为调查对象,调查二次供水基础信息、设施状况、卫生管理情况和水质卫生状况等内容。结果杭州市二次供水的卫生管理状况较好,但同时也仍存在设施自检率、人员健康体检率、卫生制度率、水质合格率有待提高,部分供水设施陈旧,管理人员卫生意识薄弱等问题。结论针对上述问题提出健全完善二次供水设施管理相关机制、加大二次供水法律法规及相关知识的宣传、加强二次供水监管力度、开展二次供水设施统一管理尝试等对策与建议。

Objective In order to comprehensively understand the status of the secondary water supply facilities and the current status of water quality and sanitation in the main urban area of the city,strengthen the secondary water supply sanitation supervision and management,improve the secondary water supply management capacity in Hangzhou,and provide scientific measures for the government to take targeted measures to ensure the safety of drinking water hygiene.Methods The survey was conducted on the basis of the survey,and the basic information,facilities,sanitary management and water quality of the secondary water supply were investigated in 1226 secondary water supply units in five categories of 8 jurisdictions through telephones,household questionnaires,interviews,and water quality sampling.Health status and more.Results The survey results found that the sanitary management status of the secondary water supply in Hangzhou is good,but at the same time,the self-inspection rate of facilities,the rate of health check-ups of personnel,the rate of sanitation systems,and the rate of qualified water quality still need to be improved.Conclusion In response to the above issues,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve and improve the secondary water supply facility management related mechanisms,increase the publicity of secondary water supply related knowledge,strengthen secondary water supply supervision,and conduct unified management attempts for secondary water supply facilities.
