市民医学放射检查辐射防护知晓度调查分析——以泸州市市民为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Awareness of Radiation Protection from Medical Radiological Examination-Take Luzhou citizens as an Example

目的了解泸州市民对放射检查医疗辐射防护的知晓度情况,以便针对性的普及医疗辐射防护知识,提高市民的医疗辐射防护意识。方法以西南医科大学附属医院门诊就诊患者为研究对象,应用自行设计的调查问卷进行现场随机调查。运用Excel进行数据录入,SPSS 17.0进行卡方检验,比较不同性别、年龄、文化、职业之间的差异,调查市民接受宣传的意愿和方式。结果共发放调查问卷1000份,其中收回有效问卷965份,有效率96.5%。总的及格率为38.4%,其中性别无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.765;P=0.382)、年龄无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.099;P=0.753),文化具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=36.462;P<0.05),职业具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=38.182;P<0.05)接受宣传意愿表示很愿意的占比60.52%,最喜欢的宣传途径是经网络占比66.32%。结论市民医疗辐射防护知晓度普遍及格率低,不同年龄、性别的知晓度差异不大,不同文化、职业之间差异比较大。医院及有关卫生健康行政部门可通过网络宣传的方式增加市民的辐射防护知识教育,提高市民的医疗辐射防护意识。

Objective We aim to understand the awareness of medical radiation protection in Luzhou citizens,which will further popularize the knowledge and improve the awareness of medical radiation protection.Methods The patients of the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were included and a self-designed questionnaire was used for random field surveys.Microsoft Excel was used for data entry and SPSS 17.0 was used for chi-square tests to compare the differences between gender,age,educational levels,and occupation,and investigate citizens’willingness and methods to accept publicity.Results A total of 1,000 questionnaires were conducted,of which 965 were valid with an effective rate of 96.5%.The overall passing rate was 38.4%.Gender(χ^(2)=0.765;P=0.382)and age(χ^(2)=0.099;P=0.753)were not statistically associated with the awareness of medical radiation protection,while educational level(χ^(2)=36.462;P<0.05),and occupation(χ^(2)=38.182;P<0.05)were statistically associated with the awareness of medical radiation protection.There were 60.52%of citizens willing to accept publicity,and 66.32%with network as the favorite publicity way.Conclusion The awareness of medical radiation protection is low,which differed in education levels and occupations but not in age and gender.Hospitals and related health departments can publicize through the network to increase the public knowledge and raise public awareness of medical radiation protection in citizens.
