摘要
银屑病是在基因遗传缺陷上由多种因素诱发的慢性疾病,与免疫功能紊乱、遗传、感染、代谢失调等因素有关,NKT、T淋巴细胞、KCs及抗原呈递等多个因素可在其免疫发生的中心环节起一定作用。通过阅读国内外期刊,文章对银屑病的诱因和发病机制展开综述,以期对临床医治和科学研究提供参考。
Psoriasis is a chronic disease induced by many factors in genetic defects,which is related to immune dysfunction,heredity,infection,metabolic disorders and other factors.NKT,T lymphocytes,KCs and antigen presentation play a certain role in the central link of its immunogenesis.Through reading domestic and foreign journals,this paper reviews the causes and pathogenesis of psoriasis,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and scientific research.
