“创新型人才”培养视角下地方高校金融专业教学模式选择——基于中国与新西兰高等教育的比较

“创新型人才”培养背景下,教学方法与教学模式改革不仅是高校需要直面的问题,也是企业和社会共同关注的问题。文章在介绍新西兰梅西大学分组讨论教学法、案例教学法和数字资源教学法的基础上,从我国高等院校自身的特点出发,结合作者在梅西大学访学的经历,从课程体系设计、教学方法和教学模式选择等方面探讨地方高校金融类专业“创新型人才”培养模式和途径。

Under the background of cultivating"innovative talents",the reform of teaching methods and teaching modes is not only a problem that colleges and universities need to face,but also a common concern of enterprises and society.This article introduced the New Zealand Massey university group discussion teaching method,case teaching method and teaching method of digital resources,on the basis of the characteristics of colleges and universities in China,in combination with the authors experiences in Massey university visiting,from the curriculum design,teaching method and teaching pattern choice to explore local university financial professional"innovative talents"training mode and approach.
