长输管道顺序输送混油高效数值模拟方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 二维对流扩散模型是顺序输送混油数值模拟常用模型之一,但该模型求解长距离管道混油效率低,亟待引入高效的加速求解方法。为此,从控制方程求解方法和求解区域两方面进行混油数值模拟加速。首先基于二维模型,对比高斯赛德尔迭代法、多重网格方法和预条件共轭梯度法的混油求解效率,优选高效的求解方法;然后基于高效的求解方法,将混油段跟踪方法运用到长距离管道混油模拟中,通过减小求解区域大小实现高效的混油数值模拟。结果表明:在不同计算管长条件下,预条件共轭梯度法求解速度最快,并且随着管道长度增加,优势更加明显。在此基础上,混油段跟踪方法的引入实现了计算效率的大幅度提升,且该方法计算效率不受管道计算长度影响。以上研究成果可为长距离管道高效混油数值模拟研究提供技术支持。 The two-dimensional convection-diffusion model is one of the most commonly used models to simulate the contamination in batch transportation.However,this model is inefficient in dealing with contamination in long-distance pipeline,it is urgent to introduce an efficient method to accelerate the solution.For this reason,the numerical simulation acceleration of contamination is carried out from two aspects of solution method and solution region of governing equation.Firstly,based on the two-dimensional model,the efficient solution method is optimized by comparing the solution efficiency of Gaussian Seidel iterative method,multi-grid method and preconditioned conjugate gradient method.Then,based on the efficient solution method,the contamination segment tracking method is applied to the long-distance pipeline contamination simulation,and the efficient numerical simulation of contamination is realized by reducing the size of the solution region.The results show that the preconditioned conjugate gradient method has the fastest solution under different pipe lengths,and the advantage becomes more obvious with the increase of pipe length.On this basis,the introduction of the contamination segment tracking method has achieved a significant increase in computational efficiency,and the computational efficiency of the method is not affected by the length of the pipeline calculation.The research results can provide technical reference for efficient numerical simulation of contamination in long-distance pipelines.
