摘要
为了保障"微生物+超滤膜"工艺处理油田采出水的持续效果,对杏五二含油污水精细处理站运行情况开展了跟踪分析,确定了超滤膜清洗周期和清洗方案,完善了"微生物+超滤膜"处理工艺的运行保障措施。措施包括:将缓冲隔油池液位由3 m提高到4.3~4.8 m,使原有剩余空间得到充分利用;对气浮装置回流比和进气量进行优化调整,提高了处理效果;定期补充微生物菌种及营养剂,保持微生物对有机物的分解能力;控制进水质量,将含聚污水封闭在注聚区块内回注,避免水驱见聚对膜系统的影响。实践证明,科学的管理制度、有效的保障措施、持续的优化运维,不仅提高了系统处理能力,而且延长了超滤膜的使用寿命,实现了滤后水质持续稳定达标。
In order to ensure the continuous effect of"microorganism+ultrafiltration membrane"process in treating oilfield produced water,the operation of Xingwu-2 Oily Wastewater Fine Treatment Station is tracked and analyzed,the cleaning cycle and cleaning scheme of ultrafiltration membrane are determined,and the operation guarantee measures of"microorganism+ultrafiltration membrane"treatment process are improved.The measures include:increase the liquid level of buffer oil separation tank from 3 m to 4.3-4.8 m to make full use of the original remaining space,optimize and adjust the reflux ratio and air intake of the air flotation device to improve the treatment effect,regularly replenish microbial strains and nutrients to maintain the decomposition ability of microorganisms to organic matter,control the quality of influent water,seal the polymer containing wastewater in polymer injection block for reinjection,avoid the influence of water flooding with polymer on membrane system.Practice has proved that scientific management system,effective safeguard measures and continuous optimization of operation and maintenance not only improve the treatment capacity of the system,but also extend the service life of ultrafiltration membrane,and achieved continuous and stable compliance of the filtered water quality.
