摘要 为研究第三方挖掘对管道的破坏机理,通过ANSYS Workbench有限元软件建立管土相互作用的有限元模型,模拟第三方挖掘作用下天然气管道的动力响应和破坏情况,研究在不同挖掘载荷、不同载荷的施加角度、不同管道壁厚和不同斗齿数目下管道的破坏程度和应力变化。结果表明,当管道受外界载荷时,管道应力呈对称分布;挖掘载荷大小和斗齿数目对管道损伤影响较大,不同管道壁厚和不同载荷施加角度对管道损伤影响不明显;在挖掘荷载不直接作用于管道时,施加载荷对管道损伤影响也较小。 In order to study the damage mechanism of pipeline third-party excavation,a finite element model of pipe-soil interaction is established by using ANSYS Workbench finite element software and the dynamic response and damage of natural gas pipelines under the action of third-party excavation is simulated.The damage degree and stress variation of pipeline under different excavation loads,different loading angles,different pipe wall thicknesses and different numbers of bucket teeth are studied.The results show that the stress distribution is symmetrical when the pipeline is subjected to external load.The size of excavation load and the number of bucket teeth have a great influence on pipeline damage,whereas different pipe wall thicknesses and different loading angles have no obvious influence on pipeline damage.When the excavation load does not act directly on the pipeline,the applied load has little influence on pipeline damage.
