炎琥宁、头孢唑肟联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的疗效和不良反应观察

Observation of the efficacy and adverse reactions of Yanhuning,ceftizoxime combined with budesonide in the treatment of pneumonia in children

目的观察炎琥宁、头孢唑肟联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的疗效和不良反应。方法选取2018年4月至2019年10月本院收治的肺炎患儿86例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各43例。对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上静脉滴注炎琥宁和头孢唑肟。比较两组患儿治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组肺部湿啰音消失时间、喘憋缓解时间及咳嗽缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁、头孢唑肟联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎疗效确切,可明显缩短患者症状及体征消失时间,改善患者临床症状,且不易发生不良反应,安全性较高,应用价值较高。

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of Yanhuning,ceftizoxime combined with budesonide in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods 86 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment,the treatment group was given Yanhuning and ceftizoxime intravenous drip on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of lung moist rale,the relieving time of asthmatic suffocation and the relieving time of cough in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanhuning,ceftizoxime combined with budesonide atomization inhalation is effective in the treatment of pneumonia in children.It can obviously shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and signs,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is not easy to have adverse reactions.It has high safety and high application value.
