手术室脑出血患者开展路径式护理的方案及相关指标的研究

Study on the scheme and related indexes of path nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage in operating room

目的分析探讨将路径式护理干预方式应用于手术室脑出血患者中的应用价值及对患者相关指标的影响。方法本研究随机选取2015年6月至2019年11月于本院治疗的脑出血患者76例,按照患者入院时间先后顺序分为基础组与干预组,各38例。基础组采用基础护理干预措施,干预组采用路径式护理干预。比较两组患者的整体临床情况。结果护理前,两组脑出血患者各项血液指标水平比较差异无统计学意义;护理干预后,两组Hb水平比较差异无统计学意义,基础组患者其他3项血液指标均显著低于干预组(P<0.05);基础组患者手术时间以及住院时间均长于干预组,术后并发症发生率显著高于干预组(P<0.05)。结论将路径式护理干预方式应用在手术室脑出血手术患者中不仅能降低患者术后并发症发生率,而且能缩短患者住院时间,改善患者血液指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the index changes and value of applying path nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in operating room.Methods 76 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2019 were randomly selected and they were divided into basic group and intervention group according to the order of admission time,with 38 cases in each group.The basic group was given basic nursing intervention,while the intervention group was given path nursing intervention.The overall clinical conditions between the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood indexes between the two groups.After nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in Hb level between the two groups;and the other three blood indexes in the basic group were significantly lower than those in the intervention group(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of patients in basic group were longer than those in intervention group,and the incidence of complications was significantly higher than that in intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of path nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in operating room can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,but also shorten the hospital stay and improve the blood indexes of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
