硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高症的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancyinduced hypertension

目的探讨分析妊高症患者行硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的疗效。方法选取本院妇产科2018年6月至2018年12月收治的妊高症患者78例,随机分为联合组与单一组,各39例。两组均采取硫酸镁控制血压,联合组加用硝苯地平治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血压水平及不良反应发生率。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率均低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血压水平差异无统计学意义;治疗后,联合组收缩压及舒张压水平均低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血黏度以及脐动脉阻力指数比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,联合组血黏度及脐动脉阻力指数均低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论与单一用药相比,硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高症,能有效控制患者血压至正常水平,同时还可调节血黏度以及脐动脉阻力指数。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods A total of 78 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into combined group and single group,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups used magnesium sulfate to control blood pressure,the combined group was treated with nifedipine,and the clinical efficacy,blood pressure level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical cure rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05);the incidence of palpitations,dizziness,dry mouth,flushing and other adverse reactions in the combined group were lower than those of the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups before treatment;ater treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the combined group were lower than the single group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood viscosity and umbilical artery resistance index between the two groups;after treatment,the blood viscosity and umbilical artery resistance index of the combined group were lower than those of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single drug,the combination of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension can effectively control the patient's blood pressure to a normal level,and can also adjust blood viscosity and umbilical artery resistance index,which has the value of combined medication.
