替格瑞洛联合瑞替普酶对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者心肌酶谱指标与心室重构的影响

Effect of tigrilol combined with reitupase on myocardial enzyme profile and ventricular remodeling in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

目的探讨替格瑞洛联合瑞替普酶对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者心肌酶谱指标与心室重构的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月于本院治疗的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者86例,采用盲抽法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予阿司匹林+替格瑞洛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予瑞替普酶治疗。比较两组心肌酶谱指标以及心功能指标。结果治疗1周后,观察组LDH、AST、CK、CK-MB、αHBDH水平、LVEDV、LVESV及SVR水平均低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替格瑞洛联合瑞替普酶可改善急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者心肌酶谱水平,预防心室重构。

Objective To investigate the effects of tigrilol combined with reitapase on myocardial enzyme profile and ventricular remodeling in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods 86 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction who treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into observation group and control group by blind extraction,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin tigrilol,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with retropase.myocardial enzyme spectrum index and cardiac function index were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the levels of LDH,AST,CK,CK-MB,αHBDH,LVEDV,LVESV and SVR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of LVEF was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of tigrilol and reitapase can improve myocardial enzyme profile and prevent ventricular remodeling in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
