腹腔镜根治术对肾癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及血清白介素水平的影响

Effects of laparoscopic radical surgery on T lymphocyte subsets and serum interleukin levels in patients with renal cell carcinoma

目的探究腹腔镜根治术对肾癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及血清白介素水平的影响。方法本研究选取2017年2月至2018年12月本院收治的67例肾癌患者为研究对象,以交替分组法分为参照组(n=33,采取传统开腹手术)和治疗组(n=34,采取腹腔镜根治术)。比较两组T淋巴细胞亚群以及血清白介素水平。结果术前,两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及血清白介素(IL-6、IL-8)水平比较差异无统计学意义。术后,治疗组T淋巴细胞亚群指标以及血清白介素指标水平均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论与开放性手术相比,腹腔镜根治术治疗肾癌患者可明显改善患者的炎症反应,且对患者免疫功能影响较小,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic radical surgery on T lymphocyte subsets and serum interleukin levels in patients with renal cell carcinoma.Methods In this study,67 patients with renal cancer who visited our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into reference groups(n=33,traditional laparotomy)and treatment group(n=34,underwent laparoscopic radical surgery)by alternating grouping method.T lymphocyte subsets and serum interleukin levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before surgery,there was no significant difference in T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and serum interleukin(IL-6,IL-8)levels between the two groups of patients.After operation,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and serum interleukins in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic radical surgery can significantly improve the inflammatory response of patients with renal cancer,and it has less effect on patients'immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
