摘要
学前教育专业钢琴教学的根本目的是培养学生熟练运用钢琴与幼儿进行交流的能力,这是专业钢琴教学的教学目标,也是衡量教学效果的重要指标。当今社会多元文化氛围下,学生群体呈现个性分化、思维发展多面性的特点。因此,单调刻板的教学目标亟待由唯结果论向兼顾个性发展,注重教学过程的合理性转变。本文将从教学对象考察以及SMART原则运用两个方面阐述如何通过设计教学目标,提高学前教育专业钢琴教学的效果。
Confucius advocated"education without discrimination",which means that some people are intelligent,some are stubborn,some are skillful,and some are in arrears.But through education,these differences can be eliminated.There are two meanings in it.One is that educators should teach students in accordance with their aptitude;the other is that when evaluating teaching methods,the important criterion is the universality of the quality of different students.
