雷迪帕韦工业合成路线的开发及优化

摘要 以1-(7-溴-9,9-二氟-9H-芴-2-基)-2-氯乙酮和(6S)-5-氮杂螺[2.4]庚烷-5,6-二甲酸5-叔丁酯钾盐为原料,通过优化其工艺条件,开发了一条适合工业化生产的雷迪帕韦合成路线,产品纯度达到99.7%。 Using1-(7-bromo-9,9-difluoro-9h-fluorene-2-yl)-2-chloroethanone and potassium 5-tert-butyl(6S)-5-azaspiro[2.4]heptane-5,6-dicarboxylate as the raw material,by optimizating the industrial conditions,it is found that the synthetic route of Ledipasvir is suitable for industrialization and the product purity reached 99.7%.
