摘要
研究了聚乙二醇200双油酸酯(PEG200DO)的制备,以聚乙二醇200(PEG200)、油酸为原料,分别以固体酸催化剂(EC-205、HND-26)、对甲苯磺酸、氧化亚锡、氢氧化钾为催化剂,直接酯化法合成PEG200DO。研究反应方式、催化剂类型及用量、反应温度、酸醇投料比等因素对合成的影响,确定最佳的反应条件:油酸质量过量10%(以油酸酸值为198 mgKOH/g,PEG200羟值为560 mgKOH/g)进行投料,固体酸EC-205为催化剂,投料量为总质量的0.5%,在160℃反应4 h,再升温至200℃反应5 h,采用鼓N 2分水法合成聚乙二醇200双油酸酯(PEG200DO)。此外,将PEG200DO制备成高温涤纶工业丝油剂,考察其在涤纶工业丝生产中的纺丝性能。
In this paper,the preparation of polyethylene glycol 200 dioleate(PEG200DO)was studied.The PEG200DO had been prepared with PEG200 and oleic acid as raw material,solid acid catalyst(EC-205,HND-26),stannous oxide,p-toluenesulfonic acid,potassium hydroxide as a catalyst.The effects of reaction mode,catalyst type and dosage,reaction temperature and acid alcohol ratio on the synthesis were studied.The optimum synthetic condition of PEG200 oleic acid diester as follows:under the protection of N 2,the synthesis was based on using mass fraction 0.5%in solid acid catalyst EC-205 as catalyst,and the mass of oleic acid must be 10%excessive(the acid value of oleic acid was 198 mgKOH/g,and the hydroxyl of PEG200 is about 560 mgKOH/g),and that the reaction time is 4 h at 160℃,and then 5 h at 200℃.In addition,the application of PEG200DO which was used in chemical fiber finishes were also studied in detail.
