摘要
研究了氟比洛芬在氧化条件下的降解情况,发现了主要的氧化降解杂质为杂质A1-(2-氟-[1,1'-联苯-4-基])乙酮。其酰胺衍生物在高价碘试剂作用下,转化为杂质A,并且得到核磁和质谱的确认。
Theoxidation decomposition of flurbiprofen was studied,impurity A1-(2-fluoro-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)ethan-1-one was the main oxidation impurity.The amide derivative of flurbiprofen could be transformed to impurity A under hypervalent iodine reagent,and the structure was confirmed by NMR and Mass.
