摘要
吸附法是处理挥发性有机废气的常用手段,基于静态吸附试验装置,在相同实验条件下,对比研究了四种材料对2,2-二甲基丁烷分子吸附效率,得到吸附效率从大到小排列为M-13X分子筛>大孔树脂>13X分子筛>活性炭,M-13X分子筛吸附效果最好,为实际生产中选择合适吸附剂提供了参考。
Adsorption method is a common method to treat volatile organic waste gas.Based on the static adsorption test device and the same experimental conditions,the adsorption efficiency of four materials for 2,2-dimethylbutane was compared.The results showed that the order of adsorption efficiency from large to small was M-13X molecular sieve>macroporous resin>13X molecular sieve>activated carbon,and M-13X molecular sieve is the best adsorbent material,which provides a reference for the selection of suitable adsorbents in actual production.
