摘要
实验研究了2,2-二甲基-3-氯丙醇(简称氯丙醇)粗品精制回收氯丙醇过程,采用减压精馏的方法获得高纯度的氯丙醇,研究了真空度、精馏柱填料高度等对氯丙醇回收率、纯度的影响,在装填填料的精馏柱影响下,氯丙醇回收率、纯度均可达96%以上。使用Aspen Plus软件设计了氯丙醇精馏塔,在设计的工况下,氯丙醇回收率>96%,纯度>92%。
The process of refining and recovering chloropropanol from crude 2,2-dimethyl-3-chloropropanol was experimentally studied.The vacuum distillation method was used to obtain high purity chloropropanol.The effects of vacuum and packing height of the column on the recovery rate and purity of chloropropanol were studied.The recovery rate and purity of chloropropanol can exceed 96%with the packed distillation column.The chloropropanol distillation column was designed with Aspen Plus software,the recovery rate and purity of chloropropanol can exceed 96%and 92%respectively.
