鲜切对山豆根主要成分含量的影响

摘要 为探讨贵州产山豆根药材的鲜切加工的可行性,采用整根自然晒干、鲜切(2 mm、5 mm、1 cm和2 cm)自然晒干和50℃烘干加工药材。用《中国药典》山豆根项下高效液相色谱法测定氧化苦参碱和苦参碱含量。结果显示,自然晒干条件下2 cm药材主要成分的总含量最高,50℃烘干条件下1 cm药材主要成分的总含量最高。通过本文研究,综合药材干燥时间等因素,表明鲜切加工1 cm厚度,50℃烘干条件较为适宜。 In order to discuss the feasibility of fresh-cut Sophora tonkinensis Radix ET Rhizoma from Guizhou,natural sun drying for whole root,fresh-cut(2 mm,5 mm,1 cm and 2 cm)sun drying and drying at 50℃were used to treat medicinal materials.The contents of oxymatrine and matrine in Sophora tonkinensisradix ET Rhizoma in Chinese Pharmacopoeia were determined by High-performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the total content of the main components of 2 cm fresh-cut medicinal materials was the highest under natural sun-drying condition,and the total content of the main components of 1 cm fresh-cut medicinal materials was the highest under 50℃drying condition.Through the present study,the drying time and other factors were considered,showed that fresh-cut processing conditions 1 cm thick,50℃drying is more appropriate.
