摘要
FPSO船火炬塔一般为大型桁架式结构,其吊装就位后,焊接固定过程中受到海面风力、浮吊和FPSO船体起伏、自身重力等外力的影响,根部全熔透焊道因应力集中产生裂纹。采用合适的返修工艺,可以提高类似在复杂受力状态下的高约束焊道裂纹返修成功率,提高施工质量、降低生产成本,避免严重质量问题发生。
FPSO ship torch tower is generally composed of large truss structure.After it is hoisted in place,the welding and fixation process is affected by external forces such as sea wind,floating crane,hull undulation of FPSO ship and its own gravity,etc.,and some cracks are generated in the weld root due to stress concentration.Adopting appropriate repair technology can improve the success rate of repair of welding crack with high constraint under complex stress state,improve construction quality,reduce production cost and avoid the occurrence of serious quality problems.
