摘要
本课题以收纳盒注塑件为例,应用Moldflow模流分析软件结合田口正交试验法,以残余应力、体积收缩率和翘曲变形量为指标,对熔体温度、注射时间、保压时间、冷却时间、开模时间、注射压力和保压压力7个因素进行注塑成型多目标优化。试验结果表明,对残余应力的影响能力最大的因素是冷却时间,对体积收缩率的影响最大的因素是保压时间,对翘曲变形量的影响最大的因素是保压压力,最后依据均值和方差计算,结合综合平衡法,获得多目标优化最佳工艺参数组合为熔体温度为220℃,注射时间为1.6 s,保压时间为15 s,冷却时间为20 s,开模时间为5 s,注射压力为110 MPa,保压压力为60 MPa。
This paper optimizes the multi target of moulding plastics process in seven parts:melt temperature,injection time,pressurizing time,cooling time,moulding time,injection pressure and packing pressure,which takes the storage box with plastics moulding as an example and the residual stress,the rate of volume shrinkage and the buckling deformation as the indicator,using the Taguchi Method and the Moldflow.The result shows that the cooling time impacts most on the residual stress;the pressurizing time impacts most on the rate of volume shrinkage;the packing pressure impacts most on the buckling deformation.Calculating the mean value and variance with the combined balance method,it finally gets the best parameter of the multi target optimization that the melt temperature is 220℃,the injection time is 1.6 s,the pressurizing time is 15 s,the cooling time is 20 s,the moulding time is 5s,the injection pressure is 110 MPa and the packing pressure is 60 MPa.
