井基于Maxwell的电磁阀有限元二维仿真与分析 被引量:1

摘要 电磁阀可作为注水井井下自发电核心设备的通道切装置,传统的电磁阀设计方法及过程复杂,带来周期过长和试验费用过高等一系列问题。本文使用Maxwell软件,由于在不同特性下三维模型和二维对称模型仿真结果一致,故采用有限元仿真的方法对电磁阀进行二维对称模型建模,以对电磁阀的基本结构与功能进行仿真与分析,并运用Maxwell软件相关参数化设计功能对初始间隙、绕组线圈匝数等参数对电磁阀功能影响分析。综上所述,基于Ansoft Maxwell的电磁阀有限元二维仿真与分析可以在电磁阀设计初期对相关性能进行模拟分析,为优化与设计提供理论指导,不但能够缩短研发周期,也能节约研发期间的经费使用。 The solenoid valve can be used as the channel cut-off device of the core equipment of the underground self power generation in water injection wells.The traditional design method and process of the solenoid valve are complex,which brings a series of problems such as long cycle and high test cost.In this paper,Maxwell software is used.Because the simulation results of three-dimensional model and two-dimensional symmetrical model are consistent under different characteristics,the finite element simulation method is used to model the two-dimensional symmetrical model of the solenoid valve,so as to simulate and analyze the basic structure and function of the solenoid valve,and the parametric design function of Maxwell software is used to analyze the influence of initial gap,winding turns and other parameters on the electrical performance Analysis of the influence of magnetic valve function.To sum up,the finite element two-dimensional simulation and analysis of solenoid valve based on Ansoft Maxwell can simulate and analyze the relevant performance at the early stage of solenoid valve design,and provide theoretical guidance for optimization and design,which can not only shorten the research and development cycle,but also save the funds during the research and development period.
