摘要 化学工艺作为国民经济支柱行业,既关系到国民经济发展,也关系到百姓生活的方方面面。但高耗能高污染是化工生产的行业特征,近年来,国家及地方政府针对安全及环保问题出台多项政策以促进化学工业生产企业高效、绿色、可持续发展。专业人才培养是行业发展的基础,是高端化工战略实现的保障。但由于安全及实验环境限制,化工专业人才培养在学生工程操作、创新能力培养及安全意识培养等方面一直缺乏有效途径。随着虚拟仿真技术的发展,为解决这一人才培养瓶颈提供了全新的方法。本文通过对化工专业虚拟仿真教学的研究和总结,提供一种具备广泛适应性的虚拟仿真教学方案,为高端化工及化工安全人才培养提供有效教学支撑。 As a pillar industry of the national economy,chemical technology is not only related to the development of the national economy,but also related to all aspects of people's lives.High energy consumption and high pollution are industry characteristics of chemical production.In recent years,national and local governments have issued a number of policies on safety and environmental issues to promote the efficient,green and sustainable development of chemical industry production enterprises.The training of professional talents is the foundation for the development of the industry and the guarantee for the realization of the high-end chemical strategy.Due to the limitation of safety and experimental environment,the training of chemical professionals has always lacked effective ways to cultivate students'engineering operations,innovation ability and safety awareness.With the development of virtual simulation technology,a brand-new method is provided to solve this talent training bottleneck.Based on the research and summary of virtual simulation teaching in chemical engineering,this paper provides a virtual simulation teaching program with wide adaptability to provide effective teaching support for the cultivation of high-end chemical engineering and chemical safety talents.
