输电线路工程岩溶地质条件下基础的典型处理方法及补充定额研究 被引量:1

摘要 岩溶作为一种特殊的不良地质,对输电线路工程建设有较大影响。随着国民经济快速发展,岩溶地质结构在工程中逐步变成大概率事件。在不考虑避让的前提下,施工过程中需对这些特殊地质构造采取相应的处理、防护措施。通常情况对该类地质结构采取换填等措施进行处理,计价则参照已有类似定额,然而由于类似定额的使用场景变化,计算造价和实际造价间常出现较大差异,导致造价失衡并产生经济纠纷。文章对输电线路工程中典型岩溶地质构造专项治理措施及补充定额进行分析研究,形成具有实际应用价值的理论成果,为岩溶地质构造引起的重大设计变更、签证等提供有效支撑并规范计价流程,以期降低电力建设各方组织的风险和经济风险,保障工程进度,友好建设环境。 As a special unfavorable geological process,lava has a great influence on the construction of transmission lines.With the rapid development of national economy,the lava geological structure gradually evolves into a high probability event in the project.Without considering the avoidance,these special geological structures need to take corresponding treatment and protection measures in the construction process.Generally,such geological structures are treated with replacement and other measures,and the pricing is based on the existing similar quota.Due to the change of the use scenario of similar quota,there is a big difference between the calculated cost and the actual cost,resulting in cost imbalance and economic disputes.In this paper,the special treatment measures and supplementary quota of typical lava geological structure in transmission line engineering are analyzed and studied,forming theoretical results with practical application value,providing effective support and standardizing pricing process for major design changes and visas caused by lava geological structure,so as to reduce organizational and economic risks of all parties in power construction,guarantee project progress and friendly construction environment.
