摘要
2019年9月30日,《危险废物填埋污染控制标准》(GB 18598—2019)颁布。新标准中明确提出了刚性填埋场的适用范围,补充了旧标准中对原柔性填埋场未能约定的固体废物的处置手段。文章以广东某拟建的刚性填埋场为案例,在其结构规划过程中对不同设计高度下的危险废物填埋场的主体结构造价成本进行了分析。通过对同条件下不同高度的刚性填埋单元进行结构建模,对主要建设成本横向比较,指出较佳的单元高度,为危险废物刚性填埋单元进行高度决策提供较优的参考选项和建议,从而实现危险废物刚性填埋场投资控制的更优化管理。
On September 30,2019,GB18598—2019 draft of pollution control standard for hazardous waste landfill was put forward and detailed implementation rules were specified.At the same time,the application scope of rigid landfill is clearly proposed in the new code,which complements the disposal means of solid waste that cannot be agreed in the original flexible landfill in the old code.Based on the structural design planning of a planned rigid landfill in Guangdong province,the cost of the main structure of hazardous waste landfill under different design heights is analyzed.Through the structural modeling of rigid landfill units with different heights under the same condition,the main construction cost is compared laterally,and the better unit height is pointed out.It provides better reference options and suggestions for the height decision of the rigid landfill unit of hazardous waste so as to realize the optimized management of the investment control of the rigid landfill site of hazardous waste.
