摘要 目的探讨ARCS动机模型在高职护理专业健康评估线上教学中的应用效果。方法以2019级护理学院8个班406名学生为研究对象,按照班级随机分为实验组(4个班,n=200)和对照组(4个班,n=206)两组。实验组根据ARCS动机模式进行教学设计,对照组采用传统教学法。课程学习结束后,对比两组学生的成绩及ARCS动机,评价学生的学习效果。结果两组在平时成绩、阶段测试、期末理论考核、总评成绩上比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在ARCS动机评分中,实验组在引起注意和建立相关方面,平均分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ARCS动机设计模型的应用能有效地维持和激发健康评估线上课程的学习动机,对提高学业成绩具有一定的效果。 Objective To explore the application effects of ARCS motivation model employed on the online teaching of health assessment among higher vocational nursing students.Methods 406 college students from eight classes of Grade 2019 were enrolled as study subjects,and they were randomly divided in to the experimental group(four classes,n=200)and the control group(four classes,n=206).The control group received traditional teaching method,while ARCS Motivation Model was applied to the experimental group.At the end of the course,the effectiveness of the students was evaluated via examination results and ARCS motivation.Results There were statistically significant difference in usual performance,stage tests,final theoretical scores and comprehensive scores of nursing staff between the two groups(P<0.05).The experimental group got significant better performance in draw attention and construct relevance,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of ARCS motivation model could effectively maintain and motivate the learning motivation of the online teaching of health assessment.It has certain effect on improving academic performance.
