临床护理路径在一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in treating chronic periapical periodontitis with one-off root canal therapy

目的临床护理路径在一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎中的应用。方法选取2017年5月-2019年4月本院口腔科接收的100例慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各50例。对照组常规护理,研究组临床护理路径干预。比较两组患者疼痛程度、临床疗效、生活质量及炎性因子水平。结果研究组患者总疼痛率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);一次性根管治疗后10d,研究组患者社会功能、睡眠质量、角色功能、认知功能四项生活质量指标评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性根尖周炎患者临床治疗过程中,临床护理路径干预可降低患者术后疼痛程度,降低炎症因子的表达水平,有利于患者生活质量的提升,可考虑推广使用。

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with one-time root canal therapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic apical periodontitis those admitted to our department from May 2017 to April 1919 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing care,and patients in study group were given clinical nursing pathway intervention on the basis of control group.The pain level,clinical efficacy,quality of life and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results The total pain rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was better than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).10 days after the the one-time root canal therapy,the scores of the four indicators of social function,sleep quality,role function and cognitive function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-6,CRP and TNF-αlevels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the course of clinical treatment for chronic periapical periodontitis,the application of clinical nursing pathway intervention could reduce the degree of postoperative pain and express levels of inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life of patients,it could been considered popularizing.
