同伴支持模式在乳腺癌保乳根治术患者延续性护理中的应用效果研究

Study on application effects of peer support model in the continuous nursing of patients with breast cancer underwent breast-conserving radical surgery

目的观察同伴支持模式在乳腺癌保乳根治术患者延续性护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月-2020年1月本院收治的106例乳腺癌保乳根治术患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分成观察组和对照组两组,每组各53例。两组患者均予以常规延续性护理干预,观察组患者在其基础上联合同伴支持模式进行干预。观察干预前及干预3个月后两组患者社会支持[社会支持评定量表(SSRS)]、自我管理效能[中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)]及生命质量[乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)]评分变化。结果干预3个月后,两组患者SSRS、SUPPH中各维度评分与总分均较干预前显著升高,且观察组明显高于同一时间对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者FACT-B中各维度评分均较干预前显著降低,且观察组明显低于同一时间对照组(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌保乳根治术后延续性护理中应用同伴支持模式可给予患者更高水平的社会支持,有效提升其自我管理效能,患者生命质量随之明显改善,值得临床普及应用。

Objective To observe the application effects of peer support model in the continuous nursing of patients with breast cancer underwent breast-conserving radical surgery.Methods 106 patients with breast cancer those received breast-conserving radical surgery in our hospital during June 2018 and January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine continuous nursing intervention,and observation group was combined with peer support model for intervention on this basis.The social support[Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)],self-management efficacy[Chinese version of Strategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH)]and quality of life[Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy of Breast Cancer Patients(FACT-B)]were observed in the two groups before intervention and after 3 months of intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of dimensions and total scores of SSRS and SUPPH in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at the same time point(all P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of FACT-B in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group at the same time point(all P<0.05).Conclusions Peer support model in continuous nursing after breast-conserving radical surgery of breast cancer could give patients a higher social support level,effectively improve the self-management efficiency,and significantly promote the quality of life of patients,thus it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
