摘要
通过梳理电力物资仓储管理的多场景特点,结合电力物资出入库作业中人工经验的落后性,以及电力物资出入库策略管理与应用中的不足,提出一种基于“属性-规则-策略”组合的面向复杂仓储场景的电力物资出入库策略管理方案。首先设计了复杂仓储场景下的出入库优化策略管理方案及其策略设计逻辑,其次归纳了货位存放、物料存放和出入库策略等三类属性参数,并定义出入库规则与复杂场景规则组合设置,最后进行了出入库策略管理优化与开发实现。
By going over the multi-scenario characteristics of power material warehousing management,and in light of the backwardness of manual experience in power materials inbound/outbound operations,as well as the shortcomings in the management and application of power materials inbound/outbound strategies,we proposed a method based on"attribute-rule-strategy"combination for the strategy management plan for the inbound and outbound operations of power materials in complex warehousing scenarios.First,we designed the warehousing optimization strategy management plan and its strategy design logic under complex warehousing scenarios.Then,we summarized three types of attribute parameters including location-specific storage,material-specific storage and inbound/outbound strategy,defined the combination setting of the inbound/outbound rules and complex scenario rules.and finally optimized and developed the inbound/outbound strategy management plan.
