摘要
针对传统的大型履带吊机转运时间长、成本高、效益低的问题,提出了一种SPMT(自行式模块运输车)整体转运模式。以德马格1600t履带吊机为例,首先,对两种转运模式的效率和成本进行了对比,然后详细分析了吊机重心计算和调整方法、SPMT布置方式以及运输轴载荷、对地压力、运输倾覆角、车板主梁弯矩和剪力等关键参数的计算方法。最后基于DNVGL规范对SPMT整体转运吊机的安全性和可行性进行了校核,结果表明,SPMT转运大型履带吊机方法具有集约化、效率高、成本低、安全可行的优势。
In view of the long working time,high cost and low benefit of the traditional relocation means of large crawler cranes,we proposed a self-propelled modular transport(SPMT)vehicle integral relocation mode.Taking Demag 1600t crawler crane as an example,we first compared the efficiency and cost of the two relocation modes(the traditional mode and the integral mode),and then discussed in depth the method to calculate and adjust the center of gravity of the crane,the layout plan of the SPMT,as well as the method to calculate such key parameters as transport axle load,ground pressure,transportation overturning angle,main beam bending moment and shear force,etc.Finally,based on the DNVGL specification,we verified the safety and feasibility of the SPMT-based integral relocation arrangement,showing that the method has the advantages of intensiveness,high efficiency,low cost,and high safety and feasibility.
