摘要
为应对突发水质污染,建立高灵敏度的水中N-甲基甲酰胺(NMF)测定方法,采用0.45μm水系滤膜过滤水样后,结合气相色谱-氮磷检测器(GC-NPD)直接进样分析。采用外标法进行定量分析,NMF在0.01~1.0 mg/L具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R~2=0.9994,方法检出限为0.007 mg/L。在纯水和工业废水样品中,配制3个水平的加标样品,浓度分别为0.05、0.10、0.25 mg/L,其平均回收率在86.5%~120.3%,相对标准偏差为1.63%~8.43%。方法前处理简单高效,灵敏度高,适用于地表水、地下水和工业废水中NMF的测定。
In order to cope with emergent water pollution,a highly sensitive gas chromatography(GC)method for the determination of N-Methylformamide(NMF)in water was established.Water samples were filtered by membrane with 0.45μm pore size,and then analyzed by GC with NPD detector.External standard method was used for quantitative analysis.NMF had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01~1.0 mg/L,and correlation coefficient R~2 was 0.9994.Detection limit of the method was 0.007 mg/L.Three standard levels were prepared in pure water and industrial wastewater with concentrations of 0.05,0.10 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L,respectively.Average recovery was 86.5%~120.3%,and relative standard deviation was 1.63%~8.43%.The method was efficient,sensitive with simple sample preparation.And it’s suitable for the determination of NMF in surface water,groundwater and industrial wastewater.
