摘要
针对解决无刷电机在负载变化时,能否快速响应并保持转速平稳的问题,设计了一种基于单片机PWM控制的无刷电机闭环调速系统。通过采集无刷电机的反电动势和电流信号,根据采样的反电动势来确定电机的速度,驱动电流确定电机功率,采用PID运算,实现参数的自动修正,调节单片机输出PWM占空比,实现转速调节。仿真实验结果表明,该调速系统具有良好的工作性能。
In order to solve the problem of whether the brushless motor can respond quickly and keep the speed stable when the load changes.A closed⁃loop speed regulation system of the brushless motor based on the single⁃chip PWM control is designed.The motor speed is determined according to the back electromotive force,the drive current is detected to determine the motor power.Through PID operation,automatic correction of the parameters can be achieved by adjusting the PWM duty ratio output by the single chip microcomputer and controlling the brushless motor.The simulation results show that the DC speed control system has good performance.
