观察整体护理在鼻内镜检查腺样体肥大中的应用效果

Observation on the application effect of holistic nursing on nasal endoscopy for adenoid hypertrophy

目的观察整体护理在鼻内镜检查腺样体肥大中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月在本院接受鼻内镜检查的60例腺样体肥大患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施整体护理。对比两组患者检查配合度,检查过程中不良反应发生情况及患者满意度。结果观察组患者检查依从率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的53.33%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,少于对照组的20.00%(P>0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度为96.67%,优于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论腺样体肥大行鼻内镜检查时,实施整体护理有助于促进患者配合度的提高,减少多种不良反应的发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the application effect of holistic nursing on nasal endoscopy for adenoid hypertrophy.Methods 60 cases of patients with adenoid hypertrophy who underwent nasal endoscopy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study object.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in the control group received routine nursing and 30 cases in the observation group received holistic nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of the degree of cooperation,the occurrence of adverse reactions during the examination and patient satisfaction.Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 80.00%,and higher than 53.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,it was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During nasal endoscopy for patients with adenoid hypertrophy,holistic nursing is helpful to improve coordination of patients,reduce the occurrence of various adverse reactions,and improve patient's satisfaction.
