摘要
藻蓝是GB 2760-2014《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》批准使用的着色剂。国内外相关法规标准对藻蓝标准中微囊藻毒素指标方面有差异,探讨制定我国藻蓝标准中微囊藻毒素指标。本文结合我国藻蓝实际生产的原料来源、生产工艺以及样品检测结果,同时参考国内外相关法规标准进行比较。通过对现有数据和相关资料的分析得出,我国藻蓝标准中不予设定微囊藻毒素指标。
Spirulina blue is a colorant approved by"National Food Safety Standards,Standards for Use of Food Addi⁃tives"(GB 2760-2014).There are some differences between regulations and standards on the Microcystin index in the Spir⁃ulina blue Standard at home and abroad,and this study discusses how to establish the Microcystin index in the Spirulina blue standard in China.According to the raw material source,production process and sample test results of the actual pro⁃duction of Spirulina blue in China,and referring to the domestic and overseas regulations and standards,the comparison was made.Based on the analysis of the available data and relevant information,no Microcystin index is set in the standard of Spirulina blue in China.
