摘要 目的分析2009-2018年山西省临汾市手足口病流行特征,为今后防控工作提供理论依据。方法收集《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中2009—2018年临汾市网络直报的手足口病病例,使用Excel 2013描述手足口病的流行病学特征。结果2009—2018年临汾市累计报告手足口病病例56 774例,发病率有下降趋势,平均发病率128.4/10万。每年的5—6月出现发病高峰。疫情高发地区是平川县,占比80.65%,男女性别比为1.45∶1,0—5岁儿童占发病总数的95.29%。EV71和其他肠道病毒型别每年交替变换明显;EV71为主要型别的年份对应较高病死率。结论临汾市手足口病发病率有下降趋势,部分地区存在聚集性疫情,在手足口病发病高峰时段应重点加强这些地区的防控,同时对EV71为主要型别的年份,要加强手足口病的监测。 Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of Hand,foot and mouth disease in Linfen from 2009 to 2018 and provide theoretical basis for prevention and control work in the future.Methods Cases of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD)were collected from 2009 to 2018 in China Disease Control and Prevention Information System,and the ep⁃idemiological characteristics of HFMD were described in excel 2013.Results From 2009 to 2018,56774 cases of HFMD were reported in Linfen.The incidence rate has been decreasing in recent years.The Average incidence was128.4 per 100,000.There was a peak incidence between May andJune every year.The high incidence area was Pingchuan county,ac⁃counting for 80.65%.The sex ratio was 1.45:1,Children aged 0-5 accounted for 95.29%of the total incidence.EV71 and other enterovirus types alternate significantly each year;The years with EV71 as the primary type correspond to higher case fatality rates.Conclusion The incidence of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in Linfen is on the decline.In some ar⁃eas,there is a concentrated epidemic.The prevention and control in these areas should be strengthened during the peak seasons of Hand,foot and mouth disease.At the same time,the monitoring of hand,foot and mouth disease should be strengthened when EV71 as the main type.
