上海某医疗美容门诊部违规开展“血液疗法”案例分析

The Shanghai health supervision institutions counducted the supervision and inspection to a medical cos⁃metology outpatient department after receiving the complaints.The law enforcement personnel found infusion bottles with residual blood in the institution.Through a comprehensive survey,they finally found out the fact that this medical cosmetol⁃ogy outpatient department carried out the"blood therapy",namely the blood of the beauty seekers was collected and added ozone gas back into their body.The administrative department of public health finally determined that this treatment ser⁃vice exceeded the approved medical cosmetology items and imposed administrative punishment on the outpatient depart⁃ment with the case of the diagnosis and treatment activities exceeding the scope of registration.In this case,the law enforce⁃ment personnel strictly abided by laws and regulations,defined the situation of illegal"blood therapy",and ensure the ad⁃ministrative enforcement according to the law.This case gives some suggestions on how to deal with new medical technolo⁃gy cases in clinical practice.In addition,strengthening the cooperation between departments and applying ACTS violation laws record system for medical institutions and doctors can be a good reference for dealing with such cases.
