摘要
针对多家炼油厂提出的管式加热炉运行炉膛超温、负荷不足等操作瓶颈问题,以及提出的装置扩能需求,大庆华凯石油化工设计工程有限公司开发了空间列管高效辐射室专利技术。该技术在不改变炉体结构的基础上,利用有效的辐射炉膛空间,增设辐射顶排管,增加了辐射传热面积,增加了加热炉的燃烧放热量,提高了加热炉的体积热强度。该技术常用于在役加热炉的改造项目中,不需要新增占地,可以在有限的检修期内,利用较小的项目投资实施完毕。实施后加热炉处理量可提高20%~30%,桥墙温度可下降100~150℃,辐射炉管平均壁温降低约20℃,最终使加热炉的高负荷运行更节能、安全和稳定。
In view of the operation bottleneck problems of tubular heaters raised by many refineries,such as operation furnace ultra temperature and insufficient load,as well as the equipment capacity expansion requirements,Daqing Huakai Petrochemical Design&Engineering Co.,Ltd.has developed the patent technology of space tubes high efficiency radiant section.On the basis of not changing the furnace structure,the technology makes use of the effective radiation furnace space,adds coil tubes on the radiation top,increases the radiation heat transfer area;increases the combustion heat release of the furnace,improves the volume heat intensity of the furnace.This technology is commonly used in the renovation projects of in-service heating furnace.It does not need additional land,and can be implemented with smaller project investments within a limited maintenance period.After the implementation,the furnace treatment capacity can increase by 20%~30%,the bridge wall temperature can reduce by 100~150℃,and the average wall temperature of radiant furnace tube can reduce by about 20℃.The high load operation of the furnace is more energy-saving,safety and steady.
