摘要 压力容器属于承压设备的一种,具有特殊性能,其承载物质包括气体和液体,依据压力容器应用途径的不同,其所承受的压力种类也存在一定差异性,在压力容器密封情况下,必须保障容器的安全性,以保障其承压能力的合理性,这就需要在进行制造和安装压力容器时,合理应用焊接工艺,确保压力容器密封性能的良好性,实现压力容器制造中焊接质量和焊接工艺的优化,保障压力容器应用的稳定性。 Pressure vessel is a kind of pressure-bearing equipment with special properties.Its carrying materials include gas and liquid.Depending on the application of the pressure vessel,the type of pressure it bears is also different.When the pressure vessel is sealed,,The safety of the vessel must be guaranteed to ensure the reasonableness of its pressure-bearing capacity.This requires reasonable application of welding processes when manufacturing and installing pressure vessels to ensure the good sealing performance of the pressure vessel,and to achieve welding in the manufacture of pressure vessels The optimization of quality and welding process guarantees the stability of pressure vessel application.
