摘要
1+X证书制度作为我国职业教育改革发展的一项重大举措,强化了职业教育类型特征,创新了一种新型职业技能等级证书,推进了职业教育产教融合,深化了职业教育教学改革。对高职院校来说,如何积极主动地对接1+X职业技能标准?从事“X证书”教学的教师能力是否胜任?培训评价机构、学校、合作企业作为不同利益主体的“三元”,能否协同一致形成良性的运行机制?如何解决这些新问题,文章就院校如何推进"1+X"证书制度,做出积极探索。
As a major measure for the reform and development of vocational education in China,the 1+X certifi cate system has strengthened the characteristics of vocational education,innovated a new type of vocational skill level certifi cate,promoted the integration of vocational education,production and education,and deepened the reform of vocational education.How to actively match the 1+X vocational skill standard?Are teachers engaged in"X certificate"teaching competent?Can training evaluation institutions,schools,and cooperative enterprises be the"three elements"of different stakeholders,can they work together to form a benign operating mechanism?How to solve these new problems?The article actively explores how colleges and universities promote the"1+X"certifi cate system.
