“小组拼图微观教学法”在汽修专业素养与技能高度融合课堂改革中的实践应用

摘要 素养与技能融合教学改革实现了专业能力和非专业能力的融合融通,以技能、知识为载体,培养学生的职业素养能力、塑造良好的人格和品质。微观教学方法则是素养能力培养的重要保障和手段,通过教学方法组织课堂教学,在小组合作、讨论、展示等活动中培养其非专业能力。为贯彻达成“素养与技能”融合融通培养,本文将介绍小组拼图法及其在专业课堂中实践应用,特别是对素养能力的培养,主要从小组拼图法的涵义、教学组织过程、应用条件、素养能力及实施案例等方面进行探讨。 The teaching reform of the integration of literacy and skills has realized the integration of professional and non-professional abilities,using skills and knowledge as the carrier to cultivate students'professional literacy abilities and shape good personality and quality.Micro-teaching method is an important guarantee and means for cultivating literacy ability.Classroom teaching is organized through teaching method,and non-professional ability is cultivated in activities such as group cooperation,discussion,and display.To achieve the integration and training of"literacy and skills",this article will introduce the group puzzle method and its practical application in professional classrooms,especially the cultivation of literacy ability,mainly from the aspects of the meaning of group puzzle method,teaching organization process,application conditions,literacy ability and implementation cases.
