摘要
随着我国经济与科技的不断发展,现如今为了减少汽车的污染,新能源汽车进入了市场,而进一步的减排措施就是汽车轻量化目标的发展,但是其中的关键技术也是需要重视的。根据相关的证明,利用汽车轻量化技术中的纤维增强热塑性材料进行新能源汽车的构造,不仅可以降低车辆的重量,而且也能提高整个汽车的质量,加上电池和性能的改造,这样一来就极大地提高汽车的整体稳定性和科技性能。本文从集成化超轻新能源汽车、复合材料的车身、集成纤维增强热塑性地板以及大型全塑车身模块化旋塑模具这几个方面展开讨论,并对新能源汽车轻量化的关键技术提出了个人的见解。
With the continuous development of the economy and technology,in order to reduce automobile pollution,new energy vehicles have entered the market,and further emission reduction measures are the goals of the development of automobile lightweight,but the key technologies of which also need to be paid attention to.According to relevant evidence,the use of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic materials in automotive lightweight technology for the construction of new energy vehicles can not only reduce the weight of the vehicle,but also improve the quality of the entire vehicle,plus the transformation of the battery and performance,which greatly improves the overall stability and technological performance of the car.This article discusses the integration of ultra-light new energy vehicles,composite bodies,integrated fiber-reinforced thermoplastic flooring,and large-scale all-plastic body modular spinning molds.The key technologies for lightweight new energy vehicles are discussed,and the author’s personal opinions are provided.
