摘要
现如今,随着信息科技的不断发展,汽车焊接应用技术也在不断提升。焊接技术是汽车制造过程中非常重要的工艺。当前,人工焊接的劳动强度较大,且对人的身体有较大的伤害,运用机器人来实现汽车车身的焊接,不仅能够解放劳动力,而且也能够促进焊接技术与水平的更好提升。因此,本文主要对汽车车身焊接的智能化、自动化技术进行研究,通过当前汽车车身焊接现状进行分析,了解与掌握机器人焊接技术的应用原理与方法,不断优化与提升汽车车身焊接的自动化与智能化,促进汽车制造行业发展速度与水平的更好提升。
Nowadays,with the continuous development of information technology,automotive welding application technology is also constantly improving.Welding technology is a very important process in the automotive manufacturing process.At present,the labor intensity of manual welding is relatively high,and it has great damage to the human body.The use of robots to realize the welding of car bodies can not only liberate the labor force,but also promote the better improvement of welding technology and level.Therefore,this article mainly studies the intelligent and automated technology of auto body welding,analyzes the current status of auto body welding,understands the application principles and methods of robot welding technology,and continuously optimizes and improves the automation and intelligence of auto body welding,so as to promote a better improvement in the development speed and level of the automobile manufacturing industry.
